Senior Software Engineer
Role: Our client is an enterprise
virtualization and storage company & developing various solutions using Go
Lang, Python & similar technologies.
We are looking for Go Lang Developer to
work on file analytics framework. You will be responsible for designing and
development of server-side component and framework using Go Lang/ Python and
will be working with Data architect
As a key member of cutting edge product development
team responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Own the
design and development of file analytics application
- Design
and develop server-side component
- Provide the design guidance and perform peer review
- Able to
work & collaborate with global engineering and cross functional team
(mainly India and USA)
- Work
with QA team to review the test plan
- Identify
and manage key risks and raises them to higher levels as appropriate
- Collaborate
with other engineers in the team to develop and use effective mechanisms
to ensure code quality
- Contribute in organizational activities such as recruitment drives, campus hiring, training, writing blogs, and Hackathon

Key Skills –
Mandatory Skills:
- Minimum
5+ years of product development and design experience with minimum 2+
years of experience as Go Lang
- Strong
programming experience in Python would be plus
- Strong
development experience in Linux OS
- Strong
knowledge of Object Oriented Programming concepts
- Hands-on
experience in working on version control and DevOps tools – Git, Gerrit
and Jenkins
- Good
knowledge of JSON, XML, REST
- Background
of Enterprise company – Product Development experience (i.e. networking
storage, kernel, operating system as well OS level) would be prefer
- Flexible
in overlapping with USA time zone for meetings and clarifications
- Good understanding of Software development lifecycle and methodology (Waterfall or Agile)
Other Mandatory Aspects –
- Early/
immediate joiners are welcome
- Good knowledge of Cloud Computing (AWS, Google
Cloud, Azure)
- Experience of any of this is a plus - Message Bus (RabbitMQ, Kafka), Elastic Search, Cassandra and Zookeeper
