Key Skills –
Mandatory Skills:
- Should be 4 - 8 years of experience in application testing on
large and complex projects
- Experience in manual and automated testing
- Experience in automated testing framework
like Selenium is required
- Exposure to Angular testing frameworks like Karma, Protractor or
Jasmine will be a plus
- Experience with Cucumber is desired
- Experience in working on parallel development tracks at the same
time is required
- Good understanding of working in Agile Software Development (Scrum)
model
- Experience in using Jira for defect logging
- Should have root cause analysis skills, able to quickly analyze and interpret code and ensure that issues are resolved or raised appropriately
Other Mandatory Aspects –
- Early/ immediate joiners are welcome
- Possess strong analytical skills
- Possess excellent communication skills as they will be interacting
with people with diverse skills and seniority across different locations
and time zones
- Possess good analytical skills and dedicated towards work
- Work on ambiguous environment i.e. you should also be experienced with multi-tasking and balancing tasks with priorities
Personal Skills –
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skill
- Ability to multi-task under pressure and work independently
- Dedicated and capable to research and find solutions to the problem
