Support engineer
Role: We, at Xoriant are looking Application
Support Engineer who can collaborate with multiple internal team
across disparate groups to resolve client support escalations. We focus on bringing the right candidate on-board and

Key Skills –
Mandatory Skills:
- Should have 5 – 6 years of industry experience
- Collaborate with multiple internal team across disparate groups to
resolve client support escalations
- Monitor and manage various applications
- Flexibility to work in 24*7 shift
- Responsible for responding to application support escalations which involve troubleshooting moderate technical issues related to querying from DB and resolving data/ configuration issues
Other Mandatory Aspects –
- Early/ immediate joiners are welcome

- Good communication and interpersonal skill (articulation using
verbal and non-verbal skills)
