Project Description: This project is for one of the leading stock exchange in European Market for which Xoriant team is providing their services on cutting edge technologies on some of the key areas and business market.

Xoriant team works on key analytical Data Warehouse platform which is central information factory for the client. As part of the analytical platform, different data is collected and processed along the value chain so that the information can be delivered correctly at the right time in the right place.

For this purpose, various types of data (master data and factual data) from different internal and external sources in different frequencies and times are processed, and information products that have been generated from them are made available again.

This product is based on Oracle Database. The ETL Data Management Processes takes place with the data integration software Informatica. The Informatica workflows are controlled by the UC4 scheduling tool, used on a stock exchange. With the help of the WebMethods suite, data is read in, either via non-standard channels (e-mails for example) or even processed via GUI’s. The data is reported using MicroStrategy

Key Skills –

Mandatory Skills:

• An ETL developer with 3 - 4 years of strong knowledge of ETL Tools such as Informatica PowerCenter
• Responsible for enhancement, production support and testing of ETL mappings / workflows
• Good knowledge on Oracle 11g
• Follow best practices in data warehouse design/ development/ testing
• Perform all unit-testing and some level of QA testing to ensure results are as the business expects
• Document design decisions following the client's BI methodology
• Design/ Develop Shared Error/ exception/ reject management handling
• Experience in ETL and exposure to data modeling data warehouse design
• Experience in using Informatica integrated with web services
• Experience in developing and documenting environment setup processes, procedures and shared components
• Experience in supporting multi-team environments
• Possess excellent analytical, programming, written and verbal communication skills
• Strong experience in Informatica on loading data warehouses
• Strong background in data integration projectsl
