Role: We, at Xoriant are looking for skilled Business Strategy Admin (PMO) with good analytical skills to filter, prioritize and validate potentially complex material from multiple sources.
The team will be responsible for the design and build-out (and ongoing support) of a global, multi-product, multi-entity operational margin system used to service our ICG business areas. Our system is built using state of the art design and technologies, runs 24 x 6, processes a billion+ transactions monthly, services 200+ users and interacts with 50+ systems in batch and real-time. We provide a variety of utilities (online, workflow, electronic, reporting) to facilitate a scalable and controlled operational environment for our clients

Key Skills –
Mandatory Skills:
- Should have 4 – 7 years of project experience with proficiency in MS Office, MS Visio, and Basic PL/SQL
- Good Knowledge and understanding of Unix Scripting and JIRA
- Manage the standard use of tools such as PTS and templates to facilitate project planning and governance across the organization
- Act as contact point for all information relating to business unit.
- Aggregate and synthesize PPM program/project status report information for the MOR’s
- Prepare reports, briefings and presentations as appropriate.
- Facilitate various senior management meetings, including MOR review governance meetings, monthly business reviews, and support team off-sites.
- Responsible to provide transparency into time tracking
- Monitor, track and improve various PPM processes in operation for the department
- Involvement in process improvements & identifying common toolsets across the department / technology
- Monitor and track local audit requirements, ISG mandates, various risk & controls for applications and mandatory trainings
- Work closely with global teams
- Release management and co-ordination, preparation of release plan, raising change and requests
- Ensure stability of application by tracking various issues raised, coordination during QA/UAT testing cycle across teams, tracking JIRA Sprints for the release
