Java Fullstack Developer

About this position:

We are looking for an experienced Java Full Stack Developer with 5–12 years of industry experience to join our growing team at Xoriant, Pune. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Java-based web application development, hands-on experience with JavaScript/TypeScript (Angular), a solid understanding of web security principles, and the ability to troubleshoot and solve complex problems. Strong communication skills are a must, as the role involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams and global stakeholders

Impact you will realize: Job Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable, secure, and high-performance Java-based web applications.
• Develop front-end components using JavaScript/TypeScript frameworks (e.g., Angular, React).
• Ensure application security best practices are followed during development.
• Collaborate with architects, designers, and other developers to deliver high-quality software.
• Participate in code reviews, provide technical guidance, and mentor junior developers.
• Work with QA and DevOps teams to ensure continuous integration and deployment.
• Analyze and troubleshoot issues in production and non-production environments.

 Required Skills:

• 5–12 years of experience in full stack development using Java and JavaScript/TypeScript (Angular).
• Proficient in core Java, Spring/Spring Boot frameworks.
• Experience with frontend frameworks/libraries like Angular or React.
• Strong knowledge of RESTful services and API integration.
• Hands-on experience with relational and/or NoSQL databases.
• Good understanding of web security concepts (e.g., OWASP Top 10, secure coding practices).
• Experience with version control tools like Git.
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools and Agile development methodology.
• Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
