Key Skills –


Mandatory Skills:

  • At Least 4 - 6 years of experience working as Business Development Executive for Staffing
  • Drive outbound call activity to target and penetrate key accounts for Staffing Sales in North America
  • Use phone, email, and internal marketing tools to perform selling activities and drive new business
  • Manage sales through prospecting, cold-calling, lead generation, forecasting, resource allocation, account strategy and planning
  • Handle International Sales and must be willing to work in US shifts
  • Experience in selling to direct accounts as well as VMS/ MSP accounts
  • Handle RFPs

Other Mandatory Aspects –

  • Early/ immediate joiners are welcome
  • Should be able to work in EST/ PST Shift

Personal Skills –                                                  

  • Good communication skill (articulation using verbal & non-verbal skills, clarity of thought)
  • Attention to details
  • Integrity & Stretch Mindset
