Key Skills –
Mandatory Skills:
- At Least 4 - 6 years of experience working as Business Development Executive for Staffing
- Drive outbound call activity to target and penetrate key accounts for Staffing Sales in North America
- Use phone, email, and internal marketing tools to perform selling activities and drive new business
- Manage sales through prospecting, cold-calling, lead generation, forecasting, resource allocation, account strategy and planning
- Handle International Sales and must be willing to work in US shifts
- Experience in selling to direct accounts as well as VMS/ MSP accounts
- Handle RFPs
Other Mandatory Aspects –
- Early/ immediate joiners are welcome
- Should be able to work in EST/ PST Shift

- Good communication skill
(articulation using verbal & non-verbal skills, clarity of thought)
