About this position:

We are eagerly seeking candidates with 3-8 years’ experience for the position of Java NMS/EMS Developer, to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role who will be responsible for Planning and developing the project scope, budget, schedule, and deliverables Supervising and assigning tasks to the technical team members Communicating with the stakeholders and senior management.

• The candidate can quickly understand project requirements, design robust solutions, and deliver high-quality code. Their ability to write clean, maintainable, and efficient code will reduce development time and improve time-to-market for NMS/EMS solutions.
• Proficiency in Java and Frameworks: Their expertise in Java, Spring, Hibernate, and related frameworks ensures they can build scalable and reliable applications with minimal supervision, speeding up the development lifecycle.
• Their in-depth knowledge of object-oriented programming (OOP) principles and design patterns enables them to create modular, reusable, and extensible code. This ensures the system is well-structured, easy to maintain, and adaptable to future requirements.
•  Experience with Spring Boot, Spring Batch, and Spring Data allows them to design and deploy microservices-based architectures. This improves system scalability, fault tolerance, and flexibility, making the NMS/EMS more resilient and easier to update.
• Strong Understanding of Network Protocols: Their expertise in protocols like SNMP, TL1, and NETCONF ensures seamless integration of NMS/EMS with various network elements. This enables efficient monitoring, management, and troubleshooting of network devices.
• Integration Skills: Their ability to integrate NMS/EMS with diverse network elements and protocols ensures the system can communicate effectively with different devices, improving overall network performance and reliability.
• Client-Centric Solutions: By understanding the needs of network operators and clients, they can design and deliver solutions that address real-world challenges, improving customer satisfaction and business outcomes.
• Cost Efficiency: Their ability to write efficient code and optimize system performance reduces operational costs and improves ROI for the organization.

Key skills you will require:

Primary Skills

• 3-8 years of experience in design, develop and test software code.
• In-depth knowledge of object-oriented programming principles and design patterns.
• Design, develop, and maintain Java-based NMS/EMS applications.
• Proficiency in Java and related frameworks (Spring, Hibernate, etc.).
• Strong understanding of network protocols (SNMP, TL1, NETCONF, etc.).
• Database Interaction: Familiarity with Hibernate or JPA for ORM (Object-Relational Mapping).
• Integrate NMS/EMS with various network elements and protocols (SNMP, TL1, etc.).
• Experience in developing and deploying microservices architectures using Spring Boot, Spring Batch, Spring Data or similar frameworks
