About this position:

At Xoriant, we are eagerly seeking candidates with 3 to 10 years of experience for the role of Java Developer to join our dynamic team. In this position, you will be responsible for developing various modules using Java as a language along with Microservices for implementation. You will work closely with our QA and DevOps Engineers, and other stakeholders to design and build the platform

• Proficiency in Java 8+ will enhance your ability to build efficient, high-performance applications, improving your coding skills and problem-solving abilities, especially with exception handling and multithreading.
• Experience with Microservices and Event-driven Architecture will broaden your understanding of scalable system design, enabling you to create flexible and efficient solutions that are easy to maintain and extend.
• Developing and integrating RESTful APIs will strengthen your ability to design seamless communication between applications, boosting your expertise in modern web technologies.
• Working with Spring Boot will increase your proficiency in building fast, reliable applications, making you more adept at handling enterprise-level projects.
• Using version control tools like Git and BitBucket will help you collaborate more effectively with teams, improving your workflow, code management, and version tracking.
• Managing relational databases will deepen your understanding of data storage, querying, and optimization, making you proficient in handling complex data-driven applications.
• These experiences will help you grow as a well-rounded developer, enhance your technical expertise, and increase your marketability in the job market.

Key skills you will require:

Primary Skills

• 3+ years of experience in design, develop and test software code.
• Develop high-quality and detailed designs.
• Analyse problems and implement solutions that is optimized for performance, scalability, quality, and maintainability.
• Engage with clients for understanding requirements or to detail out plan related to projects.
• Fix bugs and provide production support.
• Prioritize across multiple tasks and manage time effectively.
• Learn new technologies outside his/her primary skills.
• Effectively communicate with team members, project managers and clients, as required
